Riley has called Goldsboro and Wayne County home since day one. After earning his bachelor's degree from NC State University in 2009, he came back to Goldsboro ready to make an impact in the community that raised him.
In his published bio, Riley says he has served the community as a magistrate judge since 2010. He says that responsibility taught him the weight of making decisions that affect another person's future — a lesson he carries into every home purchase, sale, and relocation.
In early 2023, Riley and Jesse Lancaster opened Wilkins & Lancaster Realty. Riley now serves as the firm's Broker-in-Charge and qualifying broker, working to earn each client's trust, build a real relationship first, and guide the decision with care.
